In the growing fitness industry, a lot of South Asian women feel that fitness is not meant for them. We feel that we are genetically not meant to be fit, eating the foods that we have grown up eating. Along with this, we face cultural pressures that can make it difficult for us to prioritize our physical health. As an online coach, I want to instill that we are fully capable of becoming fit and we can reach our fitness goals even if we have not grown up engaging in physical activity.

As a South Asian woman myself, I understand the unique challenges that we face when it comes to physical health. I know that cultural expectations can make it difficult for us to prioritize our physical health. I want to provide guidance specifically tailored to the needs of South Asian women, helping them to overcome these challenges. I am passionate about empowering South Asian women to take control of their body to show them that they are capable of becoming strong and athletic.
